6:00 – Maurice Dansereau has submitted an application for a variance approval from the minimum road frontage under provisions of Sec 4.2:(A) applicability and Sec 3.4 table (b) dimensional standards in the Rural/Residential district for development of a single parcel with a primary residence.  Mr. Dansereau is applying for approval for property located on Scott Rd in Franklin.


6:30 – Robert & Ann Hutchins have submitted an application for an appeal of the Zoning Administrator under the provisions of Sec 2.7 and a conditional use permit under the provisions of Sec 4.1:(A)(2)&(7) applicability and Sec 3.4 table (A) allowable land uses of a single family seasonal dwelling in the Shoreland/Recreational District.  Mr. & Mrs. Hutchins are applying for a permit for conversion of a seasonal cottage to year-round use for property located at 3112 Lake Rd in Franklin.
