        $84.91 for September port-o-let

        $95.88 McCuins for field paint

$862 for Grizzly Graphix soccer uniforms; $150 comes from sponsorship money.

Stephanie motioned to approve this report.Bridget seconded. The motion passed.

Discussed options of Rusty creating a website vs. purchasing service from MyRec or other company that makes websites specific for recreation departments. It appears that if the end goal is to collect registration information and payments online, using an already created site is the way to go. The board is looking into ways to afford this service. The cost may be worth the time savings in terms of collecting and storing data, contacting teams, and sharing information about events. Linda from Swanton Rec has offered to come to a meeting and show some of the functionality of MyRec. Rusty offered to help by learning a system and training individuals.
